madaboutjewellery.com has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprise is that the crystal, diamante and particularly the Swarovski products are far more dazzling in real life than the pixels of the monitor allow us to show!

Making A Purchase

madaboutjewellery.com accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via Paypal, one of the world's largest credit card processing companies.
If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. For your convenience, however, there is a handy currency converter on the site. Orders can be made on-line, or via the Sales Team on 020 8444 4541.

madaboutjewellery.com reserve the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full, including a working land line telephone number, in certain circumstances a mobile number will be accepted. In this case customers may be asked to submit a recent bank statement or personal utility bill to confirm the name address and postcode submitted as their invoice address . This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. If an order is declined the customer will be asked to apply for a refund through their own credit card bank.
Due to the proliferation of credit card fraud and under certain circumstances, we now offer an alternative method of payment via money transfer. In this case the order will be fully refunded and the order will only be processed once the funds have reached our bank. These arrangements are made on an individual basis.

UK orders for up to £39.98 will be sent by 1st Class mail.
All UK orders greater than £39.98 will be sent Registered (Next Day Delivery - UK only) and will need to be signed for.
All jewellery is gift-wrapped and delivered within 48 hours, subject to stock. Although we carry most items, overwhelming demand can deplete supplies and re-ordering can incur a longer waiting period. In these cases customers will be notified by email or phone call.
For PayPal e-cheques please allow 5 to 9 working days for clearance.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 2 working days from receiving your order. madaboutjewellery.com do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 7 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on 020 8444 4541. All overseas orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your order goes missing in transit, we will send you a MISSING ORDER DECLARATION FORM which you must fill in and return to us. This allows us to escalate our enquiry with the Royal Mail Service. Following the outcome of our enquiries a refund or replacement may be issued at the discretion of madaboutjewellery.com.

OVERSEAS ORDERS ARE PLACED AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK. madaboutjewellery.com WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT. 

madaboutjewellery.com will not accept responsibility for order lost in transit when delivery is requested to a business or overseas address.

Back Orders

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on 0208 444 4541 and return the product to us at : madaboutjewellery.com, 34 Osier Crescent, London N10 1QW. We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Royal Mail.

We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. This is because:

Returns Policy 

madaboutjewellery.com supplies the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple Returns Policy. 

We offer a 7-Day "No Quibble Guarantee". If any item is not to your liking, simply return it to us at: Head Office, 34 Osier Crescent, London N10 1QW. 

If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in new condition, you will be offered a Credit Note for the value of the goods. This can be redeemed at any time over the following three months by calling the Sales Team on 020 8444 4541. 

Overseas customers will be allowed extra time for returns and should simply contact us via email or phone to let us know which items are being returned. We will then let you know when the items are received here at Head Office and refund your card accordingly. 

To comply with Health & Safety regulations, no returns are available on pierced earrings or navel jewellery. All piercing posts are surgical steel or sterling silver and all jewellery is nickel free. 

When returning goods, it will speed up the process if you include your name/address, and where possible, your order number. 

Any items returned should not have been used or worn.Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as the Company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. 

Postage costs and transaction fees such as those charged by PayPal and other service providers, are not reimbursed. 

Once we receive the goods, we will refund your card within 10 days, or allow you to exchange the items for something else. 

Al items are checked for quality before being gift-wrapped and packed to arrive in pristine condition. However, there is always the possibility that an item may be damaged in transit, in which case you should call Head Office on 020 8444 4541 or email customer services.
