Flight of Fantasy Brooch

This exquisite brooch takes its inspiration from the Art Deco period, when film stars would frequently wear brooches attached to other brooches and linked by a chain.  This style was also very popular in Paris where the chic  often wore such brooches as closures on capes, coats and jackets.  In this delightful version a jewel-encrusted, stylised plane is attached to a hot air balloon by an elaborate chain and faux ivory pearl arrangement.  Wear the plane on your lapel and the chain to the right or left.  Or wear the plane vertically down from the centre of your shoulder blade (where Royalty pin their brooches) and the hot Air Balloon on your lapel.  Either way, it'll be the focus of attention and much envied.  Size:   Chain length 13cm (almost 6")  Plane: 3.7cm (1½) x 4.2cm (1¾")  Created in Silver Rhodium, Austrian crystals and Ivory faux pearls.
